Loro Cala

In June 2006, three Louisville families came together to form Papagayo Holdings LLC, which subsequently formed Loro Cala LLC- A Costa Rican business entity.  The purpose and mission of Loro Cala is to undertake investment activities in the beautiful country of Costa Rica.

Shortly after its formation, Loro Cala purchased five beautiful properties in the premier gated community in Costa Rica called Monte Bello.  Monte Bello is located in the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica, which is approximately a 20-minute drive from the Liberia International Airport.

In September 2008, Loro Cala’s first home, Villa Cocobolo, was completed.
